Yup, the Sentra will be leaving in small pieces and i will start a new project.

Its a 92 G20, Yangs old dream, and ironically Yangs old VE will be going in it as well.

I will update as things change, i am going to sit on it until later this winter, closer to spring and blow all i have saved up for it at once. I will start on removing things and random stuff sooner but at least not for a couple months.

I said What What!!!!! Many of you dont know but i lost the only key to this car the day i went to pick it up. Lucky enough we got it on and off the trailer with no issues.

I called everywhere i went that morning before work, checked parking lots, checked all around the house and could not find it. Well, in the last bit of hope i decided to check the lawn one more time, as you know leaves are falling and the grass is rather long. So i raked all of the leaves onto the driveway and started to spread them out. And there it was, shabam! I pulled the keys out of my pocket that i put the G20 key in and it must have pulled it out. I feel so much better. In effort to find the key code i pulled the lock cylinders and check all over the car for a sticker with the code on it. I thought it sucked to be me but i have a new outlook now. Yay.

Still sitting. I was hoping to just replace the bearings in the VE and through that in but look what i found.

I dont know what my next step will be. I wanted to get it on the road for this summer but i didnt want to stick a whole lot into it since i am planning on doing some sort of motor build. I did some parts searching and it would cost about $1500 to get it on the road which would be great. But now from what i have found i am not sure.

Just slap a cheap used de in it for now. While you build your ve. At least you could still drive it and have a bit of fun with it.

I am still slamming boost into my mystery 150.00 de after 4 years of abuse @ 15psi miniimum. LOL I say mystery because i bought it from a friend for 50.00 with unknown mileage and no idea if it ran. I cleaned it up inspected the bottom end, found each main bearing had a slight score in them but no crankshaft damage. Bought some oem nissan main bearings for 100.00 and it has been holding up just fine through the 4 years of abuse.

I just sold a perfectly good motor and will not be buying a new one. I still have to weight my options and figure out what is realistic. I would love to get the car on the road this year and upgrade things as i go. If i could spend $300 or less to get this running i would be fine with that. Plus the little extra power from the VE would not be bad. I could easily rebuild the motor over the winter so i think it would be worth my time to have it running for the summer.

^ I've got a motor (but it is a lowport from a 95 g20 so I'm not sure you want it) that runs just not at optimum. The inside is super clean (plenty of oil changes) and the bottom end is solid but the valves on the head have some blow-by so it isn't producing the stock 140hp at the crank any more because of it.

sending you PM

I have a few parts on order and some rods coming. So hopefully i can get my bearings ordered soon and get the motor back together.

I have been working on the basement a lot so i sitll need to get the car in the garage and start the tear down.
