Anyone have access to a machine? Or know a reliable shop? I want to get my new set of wheels and tire mounted.

Discount Tire. They do a pretty good job. $100 for a set of tires though.

Walmart is really CHEAP. But, it's Walmart.

I ended up going to Comstock on Park St. They had them done in 20-25 mins and they used sticky weights. I would go there again, very good at what they do. Normal rate is $17 a tire, i got a little deal since i know the manager. FYI, they can do up to 26" wheels.
