I want to know if there is someone local that knows a thing or two about wiring in the dash/ cluster. The guy I bought the car form did some stuff that I want to correct. Its all in the dash and cluster. Idk where to even begin. If anyone has a Factory service manual that be helpful as well. My car is 95 200sx. I am located in Pewaukee,WI

There are some wires cut. I can't get all the lights to work right.
